结核病实验室主要承担结核和非结核分枝杆菌感染疫情应急处置任务，开展相关病原的感染诊断、菌种鉴定、耐药性检测及分子特征分析等相关研究工作。目前科室保藏有全国多个省（市、自治区）来源的结核分枝杆菌及非结核分枝杆菌临床分离菌株一万余株，并保存有国内最齐全的非结核分枝杆菌菌种库（菌株来源见图1）。

　　近五年来，我实验室在圆满完成所承担疾控工作的同时，还先后参与国家“十二五”传染病防治科技重大专项课题三项、国家自然基金课题两项及其它课题多项，先后发表SCI收录论文60余篇，获得国家发明专利3项，培养硕士研究生8人、博士研究生4人。

　　 

　　              

　　The tuberculosislaboratory is mainly responsible for emergencies handlingof Mycobacterium tuberculosis and non-tuberculous mycobacteria infection, and also carries out the researches on the TBdiagnosis, Mycobacteria species identification, drug resistance detection and the molecular characteristics analysis for these pathogens. At present, there are more than ten thousand clinical strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and non-tuberculous mycobacteria, isolated from various provinces (municipalities or autonomous regions) were stored in our laboratory (Source of the strain is illustrated in Figure 1), and we have built up the most complete non-tuberculous mycobacteria spices biological sample library.

　　In the past five years, we also participated in three projects of the National Major Scientific and Technological Special Project for “AIDS and Viral Hepatitis and Other Major Infectious Diseases Prevention and Control”,twoprojects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and some other projects. We have published more than 60 SCI papers, get three national invention patents.
