生物信息室目前已建立3个数据库平台,包括微生物基因组数据库、微生物数据分析云平台、传染性疾病应急监测平台。生物信息室主要从事对各个数据库进行运营维护。
微生物基因组数据库旨在建立病原微生物领域专业的数据库,并提供基因组数据检索、下载和信息共享服务,为用户提供全面的公开可用的基因组(6604 属, 11071 种, 41906 株)和宏基因组数据(28816个样本),同时实现基因组数据的在线动态可视化展示。
微生物数据分析云平台作为安全、专业、高效的病原菌基因数据分析平台,主要为中国疾控中心及各级疾控系统从业人员提供基因数据的质控、筛选、比对和分析服务,并协助进行病原鉴定、分型及溯源等工作。
传染性疾病应急检测平台,自2011年起开始筹建,目前已具备成熟的高通量测序及分析流程,可在72个小时内筛查常规传染性疾病病原体。
The Bioinformatics Department has established 3 database platforms. It includes the microbial genome database, Microbiology data analysis cloud platform, emergency surveillance of infectious diseases platform. We mainly engaged in operation and maintenance of 3 database.
The microbial genome database is a professional database system designed to host a range of pathogenic microbial genomes and to provide users access to searching, downloading and sharing genomics data. It has included comprehensive publicly available bacterial genomic (6604 genus, 11071 species, 41906 strains) and metagenomic data (28816 samples), and meanwhile provided online dynamic visual display for microbial genomes.
Microbiology data analysis cloud platform provide the service for the Chinese CDC and CDC practitioners at all levels genetic data quality control, screening, comparison and analysis services, while providing Analysis of the process of online management and analysis of the report of the visual display to facilitate the scientific analysis of personnel and management, and to assist in pathogen identification, classification and traceability and so on. Microbiology data analysis cloud platform aims to establish a safe, professional and efficient pathogen gene data analysis platform.
Since 2011, the Bioinformatics Departmenthas started to build a platform for emergency surveillance of infectious diseases. At present, we have a mature high-throughput sequencing and analysis process,which can screen routine infectious disease pathogens in 72 hours.
