病原生物分析中心主要开展传染病整合组学(蛋白质组学、代谢组学、糖肽组学、脂质组学)技术;开展基于质谱、光谱等设备的分子流行病学研究、病原诊断方法、致病机制、耐药性相关研究及生物毒素研究;引进、发展依托大型设备的新型病原生物分析技术;科研、应用技术产品开发一体,并通过设备的有效维护运行和共享,为传染病防控提供技术支撑;为地方疾控提供人员培训和技术指导。
病原生物分析中心的微生物质谱分析平台为国内领先、国际先进平台,开展基于质谱的病原微生物识别鉴定、分型溯源、耐药性分析、多重PCR-质谱微测序技术、组织成像技术、病原体感染相关体液分子标志肽分析等工作;举办国家级继续教育培训,对全国疾控、临床、质检等相关工作人员进行培训指导。整合组学分析平台为病原生物分析特色平台,开展包括蛋白质组学、脂质组学、代谢组学、糖肽组学分析及复杂样本中微量病原菌快速检测技术的构建开发,开展生物毒素新型鉴别技术开发。分析中心构建的技术体系在鼠疫疫情、联合国鼠疫相关样本测评、炭疽相关样本测评、毒素检测测评中都发挥了作用。病原生物分析中心以需求为导向,秉承科技自主创新、突破关键技术壁垒,开发了包括我国第一套质谱微生物鉴定系统、布病疫苗株与野毒株感染甄别诊断方法、新型大肠杆菌与志贺菌甄别检测试剂盒、甄别软件系统ColiSFinder等15项创新开发工作,以第一完成单位获得和申请专利15项、软件著作权2项并转化应用。
目前已发表文章90篇,其中SCI文章50篇,授权发明专利15项、软件著作权2项并转化应用。获华夏医学科技奖二等奖一项、中华医学科技奖三等奖一项、中华预防医学会科学技术奖三等奖一项、河北省科学技术进步奖三等奖一项。
Center For Pathogen Analysis
The center for pathogen analysis mainly carries out integrated-omics (including proteomics, metabonomics, glycopeptidomics and lipomics) technology of infectious diseases; molecular epidemiology research, pathogen diagnosis methods, pathogenic mechanism, drug resistance related research and biotoxin analysis based on mass spectrometry and optical spectrum equipment; introduction and development of new pathogen biological analysis technology relying on large equipment. Scientific research and application technology product development integration, and through the effective maintenance and operation and sharing of equipment, to provide technical support for infectious disease prevention and control. Provide personnel training and technical guidance for local disease control.
The mass spectrometry platform for microorganisms’analysis is a domestic leading and international advanced platform on which the pathogens identification, typing and traceability , drug resistance analysis, single nucleotide polymorphism analysis, mPCR-MS minisequening, tissue imaging analysis, and molecular marker peptide analysis of body fluids related to pathogen infection were carried out. The national continuing education and training was held to provide training and guidance for the staffs of CDC, clinical and quality inspection, and laid the foundation for the implementation of the national monitoring network of mass spectrometry microorganism identification technology. Integrated-omics analysis platform is a characteristic platform, including proteomics, lipomics, metabonomics,glycopeptidomics analysis and rapid detection technology of micro pathogens in complex samples. The biological toxin analysis technology will be developed.
The technical systems of center for pathogen analysis have played a role in the plague epidemic situation in 2019, in the capacity assessment of the biological anti-terrorism laboratory to detect plague and anthrax in samples conducted by the UNSGM. A series of pathogen analysis kits and instrument calibration kits based on mass spectrometry and optical spectrum have been developed. The software system for screening and identifying Escherichia coli and Shigella has beendeveloped in recently. At present, 90 articles have been published, including 50 SCI articles. Fifteen invention patents and two software copyrights have been granted. One second prize of Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award and one third prize of Chinese medical science and technology award were won.
